We marinate our Char Siu for over 48 hours with a special sauce, so that it soaks up all the flavors. We then roast it over charcoal embers, cooking it slowly for over an hour until the fat is fully rendered to ensure that the meat is juicy and melts in your mouth. Once the Char Siu is fully cooked, we then glaze it with a syrup to create a crust that will caramelize and create a distinct flavor. Pair it with white rice or wonton noodles — it tastes great on its own as well!
To heat up: Take the Char Siu out of its pack and place on a plate. Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
