Our secret recipe for braised pork was passed down from our grandmother and we only use the best ingredients.
Our braised pork belly will melt in your mouth. The tender meat packs a great punch of flavor — both savory and smoky. Pair it with a bowl of white rice or simply enjoy it on its own!
To cook in a water bath: After defrosting the pork belly, place the pack in a pot of boiling water. Turn the heat down to medium high and let it cook for 15 minutes. Remove it from the pot and slice when done.
Do not microwave with bag.
Ingredients: pork belly, star anise, cinnamon, smoked garlic, soy sauce, rock sugar, dark soy sauce
~ 300 grams. Serves 2 to 3 pax.
