Our tender rolled pork belly is marinated in a flavorful stock with katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and Japanese soy sauce overnight to soak up all of the flavors. We then lightly brushed it with a sweet and savory miso glaze, and grilled it to perfection. Pair it with white rice or ramen — it even tastes good on its own!
To pan-fry: Defrost the pork belly, then pan-fry it until golden brown.
To cook in a water bath: After defrosting the pork belly, place the pack in a pot of boiling water. Turn the heat down to medium and let it cook for 15 minutes. Remove the pack from the pot and serve.
Do not microwave with bag.
Ingredients: pork belly, katsuobushi, miso paste, Kikkoman soy sauce, lemon, brown sugar
